Renovating a castle is a very original but complex idea. Even more when it is in ruins and destined to become a 4 * hotel. Such a renovation requires a good architect. For the creation of the aquaponics greenhouse we contacted Pierre HARLAUD of the French federation of aquaponics. It helps us to set up this part of the project with a complete needs analysis study.
