A confirmation and the voucher will be sent to you by email. You will just have to print it and keep it very carefully until the opening of the reservations.
The voucher can be used, in one or more times, within the limit of the available balance.
EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY
The Château du Theil voucher cannot be exchanged or refunded, even partially.
In case of loss or theft, please contact us directly.
In the event of force majeure, the Château du Theil reserves the right to cancel or possibly postpone the reserved vouchers. In the event of a postponement, Château du Theil will reassess the expiration date of the voucher. If the voucher must be canceled, the customer will be fully reimbursed for the sums paid, without further compensation.
We recommend that you keep the purchase receipt of your voucher, the sole guarantor of the validity period.
