OUR PROJECT
Renovate the castle of Theil to turn it into a 4* hotel restaurant, that's the challenge that awaits us !
In the end, the site should be composed of:
14 rooms including 2 suites,
a restaurant,
a bar,
a seminar room,
7 unusual accommodations in the 6 hectares park
an amphitheatre
a flower garden
hives
a vegetable garden
The site, by its versatility, will accommodate public or private events of small or very large scale, up to the privatization of the whole domain.
The goal is for now in ruins, but with good ideas, a dream and a little motivation, everything is possible !
OUR STORY
The story begins several months ago, after a first visit of the place. Like many, we didn't know this castle. It was only after having passed several times in front of the entrance that curiosity finally carried us inside ...
The immensity of the place immediately awakened our entreprenarial souls. The condition of the castle, which could have demotivated more than one, has only increased our desire to revive a forgotten monument of our city. But how to renovate the place and find the money for it?
The idea of a hotel and reception venue came naturally. Several months and some feasibility studies later, here we are owners of a castle in ruins...
The adventure begins and we can not wait to share it with you!
We are Benoit, Francis and Bruno, two young Usselois and their elder, determined to revive this jewel lost in the city.
